What the fudge is this bank insane!

Tried sending myself money via send imali I mistakenly swapped the numbers around. I call the bank. I'm told there is no way l can get it. Unless the person doesn't withdraw it! ARE THEY SERIOUS????? I MEAN WE APY THEM FOR SECURITY OF OUR MONEY AND I GET SUCH RESPONSES.

Can Capitec, FNB, ABSA and Standard Bank assist these guys upgrade their systems! My goodness this is pathetic
