Wavering the Saswich Fees During Lockdown A Lie

Good day I would like to know Nedbank sent all their clients sms's during this Covid 19 period stating that Medvank is waving the saswitch fees and as clients of Nedbank we can withdraw money from any bank But on the first occasion I saw that I was charged saswitch fees in this lockdown period which I find as false advertising then yet with another transaction made on the 1st of May and saw 5th May that transaction fees of R56.00 was desucted from my account Nedbank this is false adverting and ********* for you to do so if you have sent out sms bide by ehat you saying do not change I did not even receive an sms from Nedbank to say they uplifitng the Saswitch fees I still waiting on my previous complaint where saswitch fees was deducted in this period and not yet refunded still Nedbank is doing the very same deducting saswich thing as a Nedbank client I am really dissapointed.
