WATCH NEDBANK CHARGES!!

Opened a current account at Nedbank Nicolway (Sandton, Jhb). Good service - no problem. Then we were told that we could collect the card from the lockers outside the branch once we received the message. We received a message saying that the card had been sent to the BLUFF branch????? We went back to Nedbank Nicolway and received good service again and this time, we were given a card immediately. But wait ....... their fault entirely and we've been charged R75 for the replacement card that was sent to the BLUFF. It's almost laughable. Banks!!!! I have no words. Just charge no matter what
