Waste of Time and Money Insurance-Terrible Service

Early this year I suffered a lose where my ceiling was showing damp patches. I suspected this was a cause of the severe storms and hail that was being experienced in my area. I submitted a claim to my Nedbank Insurer to help repair the damages. I later received a response saying my claim has been rejected due to lack of maintenance. I proceeded to escalate my claim as I was not happy with the reasons given and the explanation given to me by the assessor was contradictory. I received an email stating my complaint was being handled by Morris Ngubo. A month later I receive a forwarded email from Morris just stating my claim has been rejected. I received no phone call to discuss my issue and absolutely poor service from Morris Ngubo. I feel Morris simply sent an email just to close my case without taking the time to investigate my claim or properly contact me. The pictures I received on the email show the complete opposite side of the house as to where the dampness is occurring. Morris has provided me with a completely unrelated excuse to reject my claim. Nedbank Insurance is a complete waste of time and money. I look forward to cancelling all policies with Nedbank as Morris has shown me the type of customer service to expect.
