Waste of time and money!

Waste of time. I called the legal department for a prescription letter only to be told that I should send an email to the relevant department. Received an auto response that I’ll be assisted within 72 hours, what a joke! A week later and NO FEEDBACK OR LETTER received as requested!! I can’t get a bond or vehicle finance because of this!! Wasting my time and money!
