Waste of time

On Saturday 10th October I went to Nedbank in Alberton to get a Garage card (sponsor card) for my wife. I had both hers and my ID books, proof of residence. When I got to see the a personal banker they don't know their left hand from their right hand. I was told that I need a payslip? For what? Be it as it may, I went to Nedbank at the Glen on Monday 12th October, when I got to the personal banker I was told that my wife has to come in with her ID book and proof of residence???? <br> I asked about my monthly fees being so high, then I was told to bring in my payslip and they can have a look at it. Is that what you call banking experience? As far as I am concerned, Nedbank can take their account and stick it. I opened my account with Nedbank on the 14th March 1989.
