Waste of My Time

I'm Highly disappointed on how you treat black clients, today I went to your Galleria Branch in Amazintoti to open a personal savings account but I was turned away because I had to produce a of employment/reason to open an account. The sad part is I went online to your website and it didn't not declare/specify that I had to proof of employment today is my day off and my resting has been totally wasted. I will lodge a formal complaint with the Banking Obudsuman
