Waste of energy and like making things difficult

I'm getting so frustrated with Nedbank and I'm not even a client!!!!

I have been trying to get a settlement letter from you for days just to be told I need to go into a branch for verification. This is be scribed debt I want to settle as you refuse to remove from my credit profile, so obviously my contact details have changed over the years.

I am not going into a branch for a settlement letter, make payment and go back to a branch for paid up letter.

It is a waste of petrol.

So if you want your money please send me a statement letter and where I need to send proof of payment.

My ID number is verification enough!
