Waste more of my time

I found it insulting, to be told by a consultant at Cosmo City branch, to go to home affairs to fix my finger prints. I a m a proud citizen of this country I never lost my fingers & I don't have proplems with other banks that uses fingers prints to identify its clients. I had a reoson to accept the offer I was give for online application of chegue account. I never knew opening a cheque account will need more of my time to go and que all day at home affairs. I rather keep the bank that I am using for years & also keep my ugly finger prints that I used since birth.
