Warranty claim complaint

Extended Warranty Claim: IGD department. DO NOT take this policy. They give a list of things they pay for but when it’s time to pay.. they make excuses. I put through a claim for my overheating car.. benefit is R12 500 but they approved R6000. These people are ****mer. I logged a complaint.. got an email without a reference to say someone will call me, I’m still waiting. These people don’t take their clients serious.. this is not the 1st time, I always have to fight and escalate things for a policy that I pay for without any hassle. This policy is a **** be careful when joining these ****mers.
