Warning to all international card users

After withdrawing cash from a Nedbank ATM and not receiving any cash, Nedbank has proven to be unwilling to assist in recovering R 4000 not received from their ATM. I have made various calls and branch visits to be greeted with only one response: We can't do anything for you. This is although the money must be in their accounts as is evident from my bank in China. Yet no response in recovering my lost funds. Other ATMs in South Africa worked and the banks were helpful. Please be warned not to use Nedbank South Africa as they see this form of withholding assistance and avoidance tactics as an easy way to make free money from international tourists.
