wanting to pay off debt

Ive sent an email to your legal team and received no response as yet:

I would like to pay off my outstanding credit card debt.

I can afford R 12 000 (limit was R 10 000), i can make this payment by the end of next week.(27 January)

Please advise if this can be arranged to settle my account.
