Waiting times

If there was a minus zero....I would give that score. I have tried two branches in Mthatha and both branches have extremely ridiculous waiting times. How do you wait to deposit money for 2 hours....without fail. It takes away so much of my time. For over 30 minutes the consultant disappeared without any explanation. I am in the services department...this is certainly not how customers should be treated
