Waiting time to deposit money at nedbank germiston branch.

I am at nedbank in germiston mall, I have sat here for more than 45 minutes. All I want to do is make a deposit, what's amazing is that all the tellers are empty there's just one lady working??? Wow.....? Service in Sandton is so much better.
