Waiting time is 2hr minimum

The service here is horrible. Waiting time to be assisted by a teller is 2hrs. Even the lady at the door said the queen is horrible and suggested that I use internet banking or the atm outside. I was depositing into an MFC account.

Is there no way that they can sort this out. Look, the bank is amazing. The system used is pathetic to say the least. I ended up going to Trade route in was assisted within 10min. Then I went back to Gardens I tell you even then my number was not called yet.

Visiting Protea Gardens Nedbank is the same as going to a local clinic.....you w6sit and wait for 3hrs before being assisted.

I will NEVER go back there again in my life.
