Waiting for cancellation of bond nearing a decade

I logged during 2016 trying to get cancellation of bond, since then I went to local branches to find the feedback as to how far they are with it so that i can get my title deed and so far nothing happened. I want to know what must i do to get this bond closed. Please advise!
