Waiting for a week for my personal loan to pay out

After countless phone calls, dropped calls and promises to phone me back I am still waiting for my personal loan! On Wednesday, 10 April 2019 I app**** for a personal loan and was pre approved. Sanele Maheme assisted me. On Thursday I called back to say that we can continue with the loan, but Sanele was not at his desk and I was told he will call me back. By the afternoon I didn't receive any call yet and when I called back I was told he didn't come to work and there is no one else that can assist me, I must call back the next day. When I called him back the next day, after numerous attempts I managed to get hold of him, so he said he needs a copy of the back of my smart ID. I couldn't find my card, so I sent him a copy of my green ID, but managed to find my card and then sent it. I tried to get hold of him for 2 hours after that and I was just being told he will call me back, but never did. This morning, Monday, 15 April I got a mail from him at 08h00 to say he needs a copy of my marriage certificate, because my ****en name is on the green ID copy... This after I sent a copy of my smart card! If I knew I would have gotten this kind of service I would have NEVER gone through Nedbank. Its been 2 hours and I am still waiting for the Sales team leader, Sankelo Nbatha to call me back!
