Waiting for a credit card to be delivered

I app**** for a credit card online and got approved in February 2021 and never received my credit card. I have been phoning with no joy, I spoke to different consultants who gave me different stories, I was advised to go to one of the branches to submit my ID copy and proof of residents, which was done on the 18th of May 2021, they promised that they will order my card again, however i need to pay R140.00 to replace it, I was told it was destroyed, they updated my details and was promised a delivery within three days. I called again on the 24th of May 2021 I was told to wait for an email from the delivery department of which I was promised I will receive it with 24hours. I would have given up a long time a go, however I have received statement from you guys since March and you have been debiting on FNB my account for this credit card, How do you bill me without a card?
