Waiting a week for FICA and still no feedback

On Monday 21/09/20 i went to a nedbank branch in Pretoria Central to collect my credit card, after waiting in the line for over 2 hours i was told by an unfriendly lady that i couldnt collect the card as i needed to FICA first, then i went back home to fetch my proof of residence and after waiting for over an hour i was helped by a more friendlier lady who seemed more concerned to help me more that all the other tellers on duty. I did the process and she emailed the documents and advised me the process was going to take a day or two and she was going to call me the next day, the next day the call didn`t come through so i called the nedbank call center the next day which was Wednesday, and i was advised that the FICA was pending on the system and was told to check in Friday since Thursday was a holiday, on Friday i called and was told the system says documents are still at the branch, and when asking on how this situation can be resolved no one seems to know, to me this is sheer incompetence, how difficult is to verify a simple document?, i wanted to open a business account with you guys and honestly after this experience i am having second thoughts
