Waiting a month to recieve my card, worse service ever

On the 29th of April I app**** for a business account at the Sandton brunch and requested for my card to be delivered at the Eastgate brunch, on the 20th of May my card was still not delivered I had to go to the Eastgate brunch my self to go check, the teller was rude, complaining about being cold and literally sleeping on her desk, I have been banking with nedbank for the past 19 years and I have never received such apouling service. Todate I still have not received my card it's been over a 3 weeks and still no card worse there is funds in the card that I need to use. Does it not take 3 to 7 working days iv been waiting 3 week, what's going on with nedbank.
