Waiting...

Processed some transactions through our business card terminal on December 15th. None of the transactions are reflecting yet. Transactions from the 16th and 17th have already reflected though... No proper response or answer from the merchant center when I call in. I have made 4 calls since yesterday. I can never get through to a supervisor to get reals answers. All I get is false promises of a callback and angry clients of mine who are now waiting for their money.
