waiting 1 hour to collect a card

<p>I came in on my lunch break which was 30minutes now went into an hour only because I'm desperate and need a new card. everyone in Nedbank gateway is very relaxed and slow .... and sees no urgency in being prompt with each query to assist the next...I witness a change of consults for lunch break they were prompt with that.</p>
