Voucher not issued

We were asked to download the Avo app and you would be given a R50 Nandos voucher. So many people never got them and those who did had to fight. Their customer service personnel was looking for excuses not to give the vouchers saying you did not verify your phone number or email which was not part of the Tc and Cs. They promised to give you a voucher to use in store but some people were given vouchers to use on the app which is against the CPA rules which states the price should be what you promised. I wrote an email and up to now never got a reply or my voucher. What a huge disappointment. The whole thing was just a mess with very bad reviews and disgruntled customers.
