Victim of impersonation

In September 2023, I logged a call to Nedbank about a *****ulent activity where someone opened an account on my name without my knowledge. Since September 2023 until now I have not heard from Nedbank. I would like to have the account closed and that Nedbank should provide a letter to me stating that the account doesn't belong to me.
