Very very bad service dont care

Worst service i have ever had ..you try to talk to people in nedbank you go to the branch and wait for hours .to get handed a call centre number you call the call centre and get put from one dept to the next eventually they ask all the security questions for the 5th time to be told they cannot help ...when you are trying to do the right thing and you just get stuffed around this bank really needs to wake up there is no such thing as customer service they dont know meaning .
