Very very bad service

U had a very bad experience with nedbank as their client, I app**** for a loan and got approved and signed the loan contract agreement but the money was not paid into my account until I decided to close account with them ,now there's a money that was paid into the account from work ,now at the branch they telling me there's no manager to authorise for the money
