Very upset with Nedbank Homeloans

We are in the process of paying of our bond which is supposed to be a lifetime event. So now we need Nedbank to cancel cession on our policies that were seeded to them as the policies have also now matured. The policies is with Old Mutual and they therefore need letters from Nedbank so they can do their job. On 15 March 2017 I ccontacted the the homeloans department and after being put through to about 5 different people I finally got to somebody that told me to write a letter and email it to to them including copies of our policies which I did that very same day. Believe it or not they never even bothered to just send me an email acknowledgeing receipt op my email. So I logged a complaint on Nedbanks website. It took almost a week for them to tell me I need to forward my original email to the complaints dept. Then after I complained suddenly homeloans send an email to acknowledge my orignial email and to tell me they forwarded my request to Nedlife. I ask you what has Nedlife got to do with my homelone with Nedbank and my policy with Old Mutual? So I contacted homeloans again and after a string of people I finally got hold of the original person that took my call on 15 March 2017. She then told me they never forwarded my request to Nedlife it were send to a different department and I will have to wait 10 working days for a response. But Nedbank will contact Old Mutual in the meantime. Two days ago I got another form from the complaints department to complete for canellation of the cession. So now I wonder is this going to take another 10 working days or maybe even more because everything has now just gone silent. In the meantime Old Mutual must think we the policy holders are fooling around.

I wish that Nedbank will take there customers seriously and when the customer send emails please respond to them promptly and just tell the customer what is the stepps is that homeloans have to take to get what the customer needs. But I suppose that is to much to ask seeing that they cannot even respond with the correct info if they do reply to your emails.

If only they would take the time to give the customer propper feedback on how they are going to deal with the request and how long it will take. But it seems to me nobody in Nedbank knows what they are doing or were never trained by Nedbank .

So where do I go from here. If someone would just let me know if they are working on my request and what is happening to my original request to homeloans.
