Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

On the 21st of September 2020 I visited Nedbank branch in Pinecrest Centre Pinetown Durban. We were waiting outside the branch due to covid. I was standing there for about 45 minutes waiting to go in. It was not busy. Staff was extremely unfriendly and not helpful at all. There was no order or no one to explain what the procedures were. Other clients were entering and coming out without being stopped by security. When we expressed how unfair we were treated, we got dirty glares from security and staff at the door. Very unprofessional.
