Very Sad
I tried to withdraw instant money voucher and the machine went off .. Power failure i then phoned the bank immediately standing at the ATM, they told me the machine was faulty and should use another... Now they tell me the money was withdrawn how when i was at the ATM for 2hrs on the phone with them and the money did not come out.
I have waited 6days now and still no help ... WHY????
