Very poor service, worst bank ever!

Good day guys. I want to share my experience with Nedbank to everyone. I have deposited my funds in my account, yesterday. It reflected in my account same time. It even showed on my Nedbank money app. When I check my balance this morning (08/09/2018), it's shows that I have - R28. When I phoned customer care. They said that it didn't reflect and they can't help me because it's not showing on the statement. My question is, if it's not showing on the statement, then why could I withdraw R100 after depositing? Nedbank are one of the Bull****ters. Very very poor service!
