Very Poor service Nedbank Global

Our Organisation have been waiting for almost 8 days now for an international transfer we were told would only take 3 to 5 working days. When you call in they lock a request or esculate the matter but it never gets resolved. Some of the consultants give you an attitude when you address the matter. Very bad quality, we have not had any bad service like this from Nedbank before.
