VERY POOR SERVICE, *********** CONSULTANTS!

I called in the month of April and gave my banking details for a debit order to run from the month of May to pay my credit card account. I then followed up on the 26th of May as to why is there no debit order that ran from my account and the consultant said the debit order details is not loaded. I then gave in my details again and made an EFT payment on the 28 May to pay my credit card. Due to the incompetence of the consultant that did not load my debit order details, I now have a default for the month of May on my ITC which is decreasing my score and I have been declined to borrow any financial assistance. Nedbank has a very poor service
