Very poor service from Nedbank

Struggling to get hold of the right devision I was hanging on a phone call for almost 2 hours just to get a prescription letter that's due cause I haven't been work for a couple of years so the law states that is debt is over 3 years is prescribed and Nedbank refused to give me my prescription letter my name is Isaac and phone number is *** and I am really struggling to get hold of them
