Very poor service from nedbank and their products divisions

Hi. I CANCELED my tyre and rim policy with nedbank due to the price hike from R99 toR263 and now R300 for a rim policy which is ridiculous.At the begin of July 2021 i spoke to Lebo who assured me that my policy would be canceled but guess what i still got debited. SERVICE at nedbank is very very poor. I EVEN received bad service from my banker Melanie when i swapped over to professional banking. PLEASE LOOK at other banks as a solution as nedbank does not take You as a client seriously. Hellopeter.com, might be the only way to get a response because their call centre and bankers do not take you seriously. A joke of a bank.
