Very poor service from nedbank and causing me a lot of trouble

I submitted a claim for retrenchment insurance on my Nedbank Credit Card via email since April 2019. Despite several e-mails and phone calls this claim has not been paid out to date. The only correspondence that I have received is an e-mail that my claim has been received. Similar claims with capitec, direct axis were paid out promptly. Same with my personal loan by nedbank, they just ignore you.

This is unacceptable service. I've been getting phone calls threatening me with lawyer documents to pay my account, but nedbank hasn't done anything regarding my claims.
