Very poor service from Nedbank

R500 rand was deducted from my bedbank account by a place called Redbrook that i dont even know about. Went to complain at Pier 14 and said i must wait 24 hours. Went to Cleary Park today and the lady was not helpful at all even if i was adviced from the dial in cinsultant that she should call the number. I left there hoping i could just change banks. As she dared to tell me we are giving out our details to people. Again just assuming she know what happened. She didnt even advice me and said i must unvestigate in my own. Worst service from a bank teller. Poor service if i could i would give 0 start.
