Very poor service for nedbank insurance

Pathetic service from the building insurance department, I am either ignored and not phoned back as promised, cut off while waiting for the call to be transferred, told that I first need to be called back by a claims agent before escalating a complaint to a manager, I cannot be transferred directly to a manager for some or other reason. The complaint stops here as nobody phones back. When sending an email with a quote for the repairs they only offer to pay about 5x less than the quoted amount. The damage is still not repaired and it is now more than a year.
