VERY POOR SERVICE CREDIT CARD DIVISION

I app**** for a credit card on 12 Jan 2023 online. dealing with Khanyizile Thali. Initially very helpfull. Afterwards i started getting sent back and forth. The bank changed my application made me a new offer which ai signed and returned to Khanyisile. She told me i would take 3 to 5 working days for my card then i can collect. I have now been in contact with complaints department which also doesnt help. No feedback yet to what is going on with my application or when ai can collect my card.
