Very poor service by Nedbank Insurance

I am experiencing the worst service from Nedbank Insurance. It has been over a week of communicating with consultants to try and get my leaking geyser fixed! They have sent an *********** plumber twice to my house and to date i am still sitting with a leaking geyser and being sent from pillar to post by the consultants. This kind of service is totally unacceptable!!
