Very Poor Service

REPOST BECAUSE I GOT NO REPONSE!!!! IMAGINE

Hope this is my final fight with Nedbank, they really have a way of ****ing someone off. When i opened my account with the bank in 2018 i definitely gave in my documents but early this yr they called me to update my FICA which i did at ease. Sometime in July i requested an early withdrawal to my savings and they requested the same and i gave them. Now am giving notice to my savings again they want my documents. Do Nedbank think that we are just seating around doing nothing waiting for them to ask us to go to the branch whenever they feel so. I use FNB too and life is so easy - whats so special about this bank. Am really done now!
