Very Poor service at Nedbank Professional Banking

Good Day

I am complaining on behalf of my Father who is a pensioner and being treated very poorly, just to get a replacement credit card that expired in April 2021!! It is now June and still he is waiting for a replacement card! Why is taking so long? And all of the different stories being told to him by the consultants at the call centre?! Ridiculous service!!
