VERY POOR SERVICE

Very poor service from the Head Office to the Branches. More specifically Piet Retief branch. Everytime my partner goes to the branch to open bank accounts for my kids, she is told that it is late. She went the twice and was sent from pillar to post. I called the Head Office and the consultant was unfriendly to me. He labeled me as sarcastic. The only thing I got is the reference number ***1 without assistance. In future, I will have to terminate my services with people who do not value me as a client.
