Very Poor service

I was at the Nedbank mamelodi branch this morning 04/08/2015 and at 9:00 the branch was still not open it only opened at 09:05 when all the clients observed the staff in the branch just standing around, I asked the security to call the branch manager and No branch manager came i dont know weather the security did call the manager or he/she refused to come.then i recieved very poor service from the two ladys at the reception area who couldnt careless and they have attitude problems,i have never recieved such poor & bad service in my life and understand now why Nedbank will always be Behind Standard Bank & Absa bank.
