Very poor service

I had an exident with my car and the car dealership paid-off the Nedbank MFC and send me proof of payment but the still debited me - how rediculous.

I need my money returned ASAP - iv'e tried to get hold of your people in charge of this acc but they're simply on vacation and taking a *f ****
