Very poor service

I have a personal loan with nedbank..and they debited me in the 22nd of January.. the debit order was supposed to go off on the 27th..and now they debited me on the 3rd of February... without my permission,they are deducting money when every money comes into my account and they taking the full installment every time they go into my account , even the bank is robbing us in this pandemic
