Very poor service

I am very disappointed in the service i received from nedbank call centre agents,i have a personal loan with them and there's an arrangement in place,i tried to call them 4 times and all their agents hang up on me one of them is nokwanda,i want to speak to the collection department because there's an unauthorised debit from nedbank personal loan,i want an urgent call from their collection department now.
