Very Poor service

My brother inlaw accidentally passed away last year April 2024 and he had a life cover with Nedbank. A claim was submitted by my mother inlaw after she received the letter of authority from Master’s court. Nedbank has been investigating since then. Can Nedbank do the right thing and payout so all his assets can be paid off.
