Very poor service

I was at the O.R Tambo branch for card collection on the 26th of April from 16:20pm. The service was very poor only one person helping everyone in the branch most people ended up leaving because of lack of service employees were choosy who they serve and went to the extent of fetching a client outside flirting with it and serving her before any of the people already in the branch if you check the footage from 16:30pm to 17:10pm you will see what i'm talking about. when i finally got so frustrated i wanted to speak to the manager only to find the manager was in-accessible and the poor service continued until i left. I am talking to other banks and looking to move all my accounts else where I can't stand such poor professionalism especially when it comes to my money.
