Very poor service

I took a personal loan with nedbank in 2022 I was paying it well until I have some financial issues some months I pay some months I skipped the payment until I was handed over to Vertex solution last year July with an outstanding balance of R141 670.00 made arrangements and paid in August to November, December and January couldn't pay then boom in February my account was added an additional amount of R23 443 they says it's for arrears of those 2 months even if when I try to increase my monthly installment the account it's not moving instead I keep getting arrears even when m up to date with my installment please help me. Now the total amount I am owing now is R163018 and it's too much because I don't see any movement from this account instead it keeps increasing every now n then
