Very poor non existing service Nedbank

I was a so called private client at Nedbank. Paid the monthly fees. Since September I could not do any banking on my money mobile app. I deleted the app and reinstall as bank asked me to, went to bank and they tried without any luck. The it specialist was called on 4 different days over a month but to this day can't use it at all. I asked for help from my so called private banker and was ignored for weeks but they did not forget to take my money for no service. I have funeral cover also at Nedbank but because I could not use my app and the bank just left me to sink I changed my bank to a other bank that help. I emailed Nedbank many but many times to get me premium deducted from the other account or to pay monthly but there computer answer with no sense at all. It was 3 months ago. I also emailed the so called private banker and he again till this day ignored me and now I will lose my funeral cover and all the moneya paid due to Nedbanks no care attitude. It's by far the most useless bank that do not clear for there clients but only money. I have many emails send and read and not one call back to help or email from a person other then there stupid computer mails. Who is gone pay back all my money paid now?
